One Year, lots of love.

One Year Anniversary

Last Sunday was the 1st Anniversary of me and Bexs' exiting jump into this thing we call 'marriage'. We decided to have a nice chilled day together, and we did. I had a stupid meeting at work, while Bexs had to pop to church and do kids work. Afterwards we met up at home and decided to go for a meal and then a movie. It was a fair old trek to our chosen eatery now I'm car less, but it was worth it because the food was fab, as was the company. ;) We than managed to catch a bus into town to watch The Prestige, which was a fab film that both me and Bexs enjoyed. It was a fab day, commemorating a year that's had a lot of ups and downs, but as a couple we've come through for each other, and I now know that whatever life throws at us we should be able to weather it. Here's to the next however many years!

Work Based Training

The chaps at work have sent me on a couple of course this past week or so. They've been OK. I think the most difficult part was actually getting there. My car has now given up the ghost- well, the battery has at least. This means I've been using public transport for getting to and from places. My verdict: Going by Bus sucks. Going by Train is OK. Still, its all over now and I'm richer (??!!) in knowledge about things that I need to know in order to do my job. Plus, I won some Monster Scart cables worth about £40. They're very whizzy.. but I don't have anything to use them with. Heh, typical.

Phantasy Star Universe

The much anticipated PSU comes out in the UK on Friday. Well, much anticipated by me and my clan at least. Since we've heard about it we've been intrigued by it's premise- a magic and sci-fi online role playing game. This of course means that FFXI will be put on the back shelf a little. but probably not a lot. I like that game too much to just ditch it, and besides, there's still stuff I need to do on there. Anywhoo, PSU will probably affect a big part of my life, so expect to hear about it on this little blog. :)
