Productive

Attack of the Clones

Odd title, real life event. I had my card cloned this week, and I'd just like to say my bank were fantastic about the whole thing. They've responded really quickly and sorted out the mess in just under a week, plus taken measures to ensure if it happens again I won't get beaten up by my bank manager. However, it has led to some money trouble, but nothing I can't handle. Besides, I never have any money to spend anyway. This should change as of this month as me and Bexs have juggled some money about. Starting in May I'll actually have money to spend... whoa, that's new.

Productive

Because of the stuff that's gone on this week, it's empowered me to sort out a few things that needed doing that I've been putting off. Unfortunately my cartooning got put aside in order to do so, but I still have a few days of April left to plonk another toon on the site.

Now I've decided to stick with my job, I've started to add structure and routine to my life. I like routine. The schedule isn't super-rigid, it's more of a guide, depending on the shifts I'm working are, but it's nice to know it's there. I've been feeling a bit lost in it all because of my job hunting, even to the point where I'm not sure what day it is. I'm hoping the new structure to my evenings will help me to get back on track and start to 'settle in'

Stupid Kids

There have been some teenagers hanging outside our door of late. I can see why, it's an out of the way place they can smoke or grab a beer away from prying eyes, but the problem is the graffiti and general mess that has started to appear in the area. I'm going to investigate getting a new padlock for our gate. I'm getting a little sick of finding junk on my doorstep. I mean, how would you feel if you found condoms on your doorstep? Exactly.

Sicky Poorly

Lots of illness going around at the mo. Not only are my friends Ceej and Neleh sick with flu, but my big sis has an infection in her leg. I've been praying for all of them this week, as illness sucks.
