Tootling along

Crikey, 15th May already? Well, here's what's been going on.

First of all, I've been busy writing for JOTCG, the first post of which is now up. I've not been up to much, generally tootling along, going to work, looking after the wifey and doing the odd bit of housework. My Astris website has admittedly fallen by the wayside, but I'm planning on updating it as soon as I can.

Mitchell

Well, my lil' nephew Mitchell got Christened last Sunday. Bless him, he's fab. He behaved for the whole day too, which was nice of him. Maybe he had an idea that it was a special day for him or something. Or, it could be that he was shattered. ^^ The do afterwards was fun, a good chance to hang out with my family. It's not often I get to do that now. We kept ourselves amused watching the antics of my eldest Nephew Conal, who currently believes himself to be Spiderman. His interpretation of webslinging is pretty accurate for a 3 year old!
Going back home brought back a few memories. All good mind.

Westy-bazely-boo-woo

An age old friend is getting hitched this Saturday. Congratulations, Westy. It's about bloomin' time. Known him since, well, ages. Not seen him for a long time, so it'll be good to see him again. Hope it all goes well, I'll be seeing a lot of faces I've not seen in a long while.
