10 Days on and all's Well

Update!

Well, it's been 10 Days since my last blog update and well, not a lot has really changed. Work, sleep, repeat. However, the past couple of Sundays have been fab, what with a BBQ and a Picnic organised by housegroups. Our church takes August 'Off' because of holidays, but we still find time to hang out. First of all we held a 'communtity BBQ' for the residents of the area by our church, with games for the young 'uns. Very nice. This Sunday was a Treasure Hunt around Edgbaston Reservoir organised by our house group. Nice weather too, which complimented the picnic that followed.

Work still brings mixed feelings for me, although I seem to have drawn in some good sales which have bolstered my numbers and even helped me to meet some targets I'd been given. I've a bad feeling that these targets will just get worse rather swiftly. Hopefully God will help me to achieve these. The good sales were achieved with help, so I don't really feel that responsible for them. I spotted that I'd got no passion about the fact I'd done so well. That might be worth thinking about.

I've been feeling that life has become a little bland lately. Might be because I've been working lots and just 'going through the motions.' Work, games, sleep. Meh. I've decided to reduce the amount of gameage I've been doing in order to spend more time pursuing other things and getting on top of some others. I need some time to get out of this blandness I've been in.
