Still not finished

So, after nearly three months in our new house, me and Bexs are nowhere near making it look less like a bomb site. It's crazy. Lets just put it this way- the spare room has no room. Although thankfully, we finally got hot water and an oven yesterday. Just in time too- it's starting to get cold.

So, what's going on in my life then..? Well, here goes. At work I've recently learned that my boss is being transferred, and it looks like most of the staff are going to scuttle off too, myself included. Yeah, I know, I'm always talking about leaving my job, but this time the conditions are actually favorable. Again. So I'm buying the paper regularly and starting to update my C.V. Heck, I'm even thinking about walking into an agency and seeing if they can sort me out with something.

I forgot I'd made a pact with my friend Lucy at work a few months back- when she left, I'd have to. It came at the end of a conversation about how much life sucked at the time, and how both of us were far too qualified to work there. (It's true y'know. Heck, I've got an honours degree and she can drive almost any vehicle known to mankind.) Lucy is off to Bournmouth soon anyways, with a shiny new job in the place she's wanted to live in since she was 15. I'll miss her, cos we had some fab conversations about books and movies and stuff. She sure has helped me out a lot.
Things at home have been fine, and apart from the house looking like a strange sort of UK clothes mountain me and Bexs have been tootling along fine, although theres still silly bits and bobs that need sorting out, and unfortunately require money that we don't have, so me getting a job closer to home would be a great boon to the both of us.

It's been quiet on my videogaming front- I returned to the world of online gaming just as all my buddies went on hoiliday and had housing crisises. I'm slowly working towards my Final Fantasy goals, which need to be finished in November when I've decided to give it up. After playing 10 days of World of Warcraft I've returned to playing Warcraft 3, because I'd forgotten how much fun it was. WoW was fun, but my PC didn't like it, amongst other things. Besides, I'm going to be spending my pennies on Phantasy Star Universe for the PS2 if it's any good.

Finally, I've got my drawing bug back again and I'm hankering for some art pens so I can relaunch my webcomic in a way that will do it justice. I've tweaked the site ready but the cartoon won'tbe ready for a little while.

So, that's me in a nutshell about now. I guess I'd better get ready for work and such, so I'll see you all soon.
